After the admission though comes the reparation:
"We want to convey to you that your business is important to us and that we appreciate you as fans and customers.
With that being said, we are working on some fantastic ideas to help compensate the customers whose orders were affected by this shipping incident.The details of this will be revealed soon, but know that it will be something worthwhile."
They're still keeping it under wraps, but it sure is nice to know that Capcom is on top of things. we'll be coming back to you with the update on this as soon as they announce what this compensation will entail.
In the meantime, we hope all of you get your orders fast enough.
