17% of the orders placed online have been hit by the delivery problems, and Capcom is apologizing for the convenience it has caused the awaiting fans.
Said the Capcom Store Team in their official statement:
"This past week, something that was beyond our control occurred and it affected the shipping of Marvel vs. Capcom 3 for some of our customers. 83% of orders were unaffected and shipped out on time."
Despite the fact that a huge majority did launch out without a glitch, they are recognizing that they still flubbed up a good deal. "Unfortunately, 17% did not and on a game launch this size, that is not insignificant."
