The Mutation for week 13 is called Hard Eight. The "eight" is there since it doubles the number of special infected you can face at a time. The "hard" part is... well, you're facing eight special infected!
The number isn't the only thing Valve upped too. They've also increased the spawning frequency. Those sadists.
