Kojima to direct, design, and write for his next game

oldsnake Sometimes he plays director, sometimes he's the game designer, sometimes he just sits back and writes. But for Hideo Kojima's next game, he's gonna do all three. He hasn't revealed exactly what this new game is, but it's clear it'll have Kojima all over it.

Level 5's Jiro Ishii gave a few words of praise to Kojima's Castlevania: Lords of Shadow a while back, so the man behind MGS replied, that he hopes to reveal his new game by next year, adding that he'll be working on its game design, script, and directing.

Back in July, Kojima said his next project will either be MGS5 or an entirely new IP. It might be leaning more on the latter since MGS5 is still a "maybe".
