Kinect hack makes for a kickass air guitar |

We've seen Kinect hacked and used for a Minority Report-like interface, which is can actually prove to be all kinds of useful. If you just wanna rock out and indulge in some rockstar fantasies, however, well someone's also got that covered.
Developer Chris O'Shea has developed a hack that uses the hand-tracking capabilities in Microsoft's motion controller to let him play some wicked air guitar riffs. O'Shea says it's still rather buggy, requires the user to face the camera in a specific way, and is limited to simple Guitar Hero or Rock Band-style playing, but the possibilities it presents are, if I may say so, awesome.

Unfortunately that is -most of the time- only tapped by hackers and open source communities.
Look at what they can do with a merely normal motion camera.

Obviously ps3 owners don't see kinect as being innovative but really you don't need any controllers and what you can do with that is amazing, I mean look the guy can easily play GH with no strings attached!
