Ó
We're down to the last days of the year so we're in for quite a number of year-end recaps. For Media Create, they tracked down sales figures for the 2010's top sellers and put them all together in one convenient list. New Super Mario Bros. Wii came in second, while Final Fantasy XIII came at a distant third. So which game outsold everyone this year?

Top honors go to the twins - Pokemon Black and Pokemon White. No surprises there. As for the rest, here's the list

@robthom robthom: Lol as much as you want, but the number 1 game of 2011 in the US will probably be Pokemon as well. The majority of players are still kids and they will buy this game in their millions.

I want to see independent titles of black and white not combined. 2 titles under the same sales chart seems a bit cheap to me. I bet if you did only black or only white they would drop down.

The games are the same, except for the starting areas and a legendary creature that you can not catch in the other version (as far as I, as a not pokemon-fan, am informed. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong).
And OF COURSE they would drop down! No shit, Sherlock! I'm 100% serious!!1 Ok, enough sarcasm and flaming...
They would probably drop by half, or by a value pending around that value. Where I know that from? Statistic...
And even then... It would drop to the second and third or second and fourth place. So Fist of the North Star (in any case) would have been kicked out.
What is your intention, a sales chart flooded with pokemon-titles named after all colors of the rainbow?
You should probably think before you write... And after that, you should think again and probably delete what you have written.
Sorry for the flaming, I always get upset when I read something like this -.-

People aren't buying both copies; if someone wants to play Black/White, they'll pick up Black or White. It's common sense to show combined sales, would be ridiculous to halve the sales just because they're two different names to essentially the same game.
