A humongous advertisement for THQ and Kaos Studios' has popped up smack in the middle of Times Square, making its presence known to anyone and everyonen passing by. THQ's Executive VP of Core Games, Danny Bilson, excitedly tweeted the gigantic ad over at Times Square.
"Homefront in Times Square! Go big or go home! Gratz to KAOS in their hometown," said his obviously very excited tweet. And what's not to get excited about? The ad looks nothing short of spectacular. If catching the people's attention is their goal, then by golly, that's what they've definitely achieved here.
Just check out this sprawling ad they've put up:

Homefront leads you into a Korean-invaded USA in not-so-faraway future of 2027. As an American fighting for your country's sovereighty, players are invited to join the resistance "using guerrilla tactics, commandeering military vehicles, and utilizing advanced drone technology."
Features boasted for the game include a vehicle-based 32-player online warfare, with dedicated servers promised for convenience. It's coming out for the PS3, Xbox 360 and PC, with the PC version getting exclusive features such as the ability to choose between first-prson or third-person view, joystick control, and different control settings for helicopters. That's among many other PC-exclusive features, too.
It's slated to come out on March 15 for North America, March 17 for Australia, March 18 for Europe, and April 29 for Japan. We'll be sure to keep you posted on any more news about THQ's Homefront. In the meantime, we hope you're enjoying the Korean BBQ treats they've sent out via the Pyongyang Express. Don't forget, they're rolling that out for the GDC event in San Francisco as well next week, so be sure to grab a bite off it when you get the chance.
