Gameloft has finally pinned down the release date of Sacred Odyssey: Rise of Ayden, an "ambitious action RPG" hitting iOS devices this week.

The Zelda-esque title puts you in the shoes of a young hero named Ayden, chosen by the god Uryah to save the kingdom of Lasgalen from the Apocalypse. "Sacred Odyssey: Rise of Ayden is an incredible adventure set in a majestic world that will captivate you for countless hours,” according to Gameloft.

The game looks great, the dialogs and voices are very well done and clear.
The game is as playable as you can expect with these kind of controls. Nothing beats the keyboard ofcourse.
There's some humor, the graphics are great and the game responds smoothly.
I see the game does auto saves but I haven't found a way to restore yet. I guess that's not in the demo.
All things considered I think the game is absolutely worth buying.
I'll wait for the iPad version.
