Former SCEE boss joins Capcom

davide_reeves2 Capcom has announced that it has appointed former SCEE boss David Reeves to become the Chief Operating Officer of CE Europe, the company’s European Subsidiary.

After his one year hiatus in the video game industry, Reeves will be tasked to lead the European operations of Capcom, overseeing aspects to “maximise potential revenue and explore new areas for growth throughout the region”. According to Reeves:

I established a close working relationship with Capcom during my time at Sony and have always admired its commitment to push boundaries and develop innovative titles. It is therefore a real pleasure to now join this organisation and be a part of its future successes.

Hiroshi Tobisawa, President of CE Europe, also added:

We are very pleased to have secured the services of someone of David’s calibre. He brings with him an unprecedented level of industry knowledge and expertise which will be invaluable as we look to grow our European operation.

sounds like reeves from ff7.for real though enough kidding around, maximize revenue potential means making the most money from shitty games. not really bitching though capcom is prob my fav developer right now, dont let dark void fool you, lol. monster hunter 3 only on wii, u bastards! reeves if u see this and u wanna make some money make a new mvc cause u know thats what we all want. dont forget to throw dante, and some re characters and shit ill pay 75 bucks for a copy.
