It's sure been a while since we've heard anything of that "Warriors of Light and Darkness" trademarked by Square Enix. They also trademarked "Final Fantasy Legends", and now we know that both titles are actually just one: "Final Fantasy Legends: Warriors of Light and Darkness". And Squeenix is bringing it to mobiles.
NeoGaf reports that Warriors of Light and Darkness will be featuring 2D graphics, a job ability system and Active-Time Battle combat. Included on board the design team is Yoshitaka Amano for the logo.
So far we've heard that the mobile Final Fantasy game will be released this September for iMode, while EZWeb gets it in the winter. Looks like it's gonna be limited to Japan only, though. But at least that mystery's been cleared.
