Elitegroup Computer System (ECS) has come out with the 331 notebook which has an optional TV tuner card. The T.V Tuner card is the basis for the 331's notebook multimedia capabilities. It comes with a six channel audio surround sound which will be displayed on a 15.4 inch WXGA LCD widescreen that has a glossy coat and "Clear-Vivid technology" for a brighter picture. Plus it has a 5.1 speaker setup and you can also add an option for T.V recording.
This widescreen notebook does not include Windows XP Media Center Edition just XP. It has tons of option including the 2700+, 2800+ or the 3000+ Mobile Athalon 64; 2600+ or the 2800+, 3000+ and 3100+ AMD Sempron. Some other features that the 331 has are a 2 GB of DDR memory, four USB ports and options for you optical drive from CD-Rom to DVD +/-R, +/-RW and DVD-RAM.
It weighs in at 6.28 pounds (2.85 Kg) and measures 13.9”X10.7”X1.5” and the starting price is $699 USD.
