DSi, DSi XL getting price cut next month

September's gonna a good month to buy a DSi. Or even a DSi XL, for that matter. Nintendo is dropping the suggested retail price for both of those handhelds.

Beginning September 12, the price of the DSi will drop to US$ 149.99. On the same day, the larger DSi XL's price point will be lowered to US$ 169.99.

The DS Lite, on the other hand, will hold steady at its suggested US$ 129.99 price point.
