Dragon Age: Origins was already quite an experience, but here and there you'd still find points of improvement. That's where the sequel comes in, aiming for a much better outing than the last. Will the arrow hit the bullseye? Who better to ask about Dragon Age II than the ones in charge of it?

Unlike the original, Dragon Age II's main character, Hawke, can only be human and you can't change into another race. You can, however, still select a gender and a class for the hero. The game takes place during the same time as the events of Dragon Age: Origins, except this one takes place in the Free Marches.
Additionally, you may also import saved data from Dragon Age: Origins and Awakening if you so desire. The data will influence things in Dragon Age II depending on the nature of your actions in them. This is entirely optional, so those looking for a clean slate and a fresh start may still do so.
