Artbooks and soundtracks? Nope. For the Call of Duty: Black Ops Prestige Edition, they're taking it up a few notches. Apart from the goods you can get with the Hardened Edition, the pricier special ed package will come with a working remote-controlled "video surveillance vehicle", just like the one in the game's multiplayer mode.
The Hardened Edition will come with a cool Black Ops medal, a Black Ops avatar outfit for the Xbox 360 version, and four additional multiplayer maps. The Prestige Edition will have all that plus the surveillance car, and will be available only for the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions.
No official pricing has been announced, but GameStop has Prestige at US$ 149.99, while Hardened is at US$ 79.99.

If anything, they should release it for PC as an incentive not to pirate the game
