The event finally kicked off on Monday, 11:45 p.m. with scores of fans ushered into Fry's Electronics for a chance to get their own copy of the expansion with autographs of 15 developers present at the event, including producer Shane Dabiri and art director Justin Thivrat. In addition to the original copy and the precious collector's edition of the Burning Crusade, people were also offered the WoW board game (say again?), strategy guides to Blood Elves and Draenei races, and subscription cards just to tickle the crowd's Warcraft fancies.But wait, there's more: freebies included WoW-themed posters and stickers. Hopefully that should keep fans snug and warm for another winter or so.
