Bungie explains why Halo 3: ODST does not have DLC |

So why did Bungie forego the inclusion of downloadable content for Halo 3: ODST? If you've been pondering on that question, now's the time to rest your weary mind as Bungie explains the answer.
At the VGA 2009, Joystiq got to squeeze a quickie interview with Bungie's Curtis Creamer, and here's what he had to say about the absence of ODST DLC:
"Well, that was something that we didn't really think we could do for ODST because traditionally all of our DLC has been about competitive multiplayer. That's something that we had the systems in place for. But, since Firefight is more based on the co-operative campaign mode, that was a technology that we hadn't built up to a point where we could add DLC to the game. It would have been too much of an investment to make that happen."

Firefight doesn't have enough content for the actual game mode.. Once you survive round 4 it's a total bore.
