“Bulletstorm plays like a high-octane summer blockbuster movie. It’s loaded with intense action and cinematic moments, all wrapped up in a fun story,” said Dr. Michael Capps, president of Epic Games. “People Can Fly has really tapped into the power of Unreal Engine 3, and the result is a stunningly beautiful playground for mayhem. The skillshot system delivers a new shooter experience that’s stylish, creative and a heck of a lot of fun.  We can’t wait to see what our players do once they get Bulletstorm in their hands.”

Bulletstorm is now available in local retailers in North America and will be available February 25th in the UK on the PS3, Xbox 360 and PC. Also out today in limited quantities in participating retailers is the Bulletstorm Epic Edition. Exclusive only to the Xbox 360 gamers, the Epic Edition will grant players early access to the Gears of War 3 beta. Gamers will need the Epic Edition disc in order to play the Gears of War 3 beta. EA also notes that the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 includes a one-time-use Online Pass registration code that gives players access to six bonus Echomaps and the exclusive Quicksilver leash. Players who do not have a code can purchase the  Bulletstorm Online Pass for 800 Microsoft Points on Xbox Live Marketplace and US$ 9.99 on the PlayStation Network.

the game is pretty addictive, the only downfall so far is no co-op campaign

i'm sick of all this dlc crap, the game is out for a day now and already they are saying that they have more to come, but you have to pay off course, 10 euro for 3 maps, sounds like blatant rip off

"includes a one-time-use Online Pass registration code"

Really EA? You've got to stop this bulls**t. Stop destroying the pre-owned market. It's not like you don't earn enough bloody money already.

And DLC announcements on day one? FU.

Greed will be the end of EA eventually.

@ Mitchell completly agree with your comment. Day 1 lame DLC for 10 Bucks FU EA. And Online Pass is also shitty when your girlfriend would like to play online with her account you have to pay for what reason when you bought the game new?
