BFBC2 server issues due to overwhelming server demand - 400% more than expected |

EA DICE was apparently unprepared for the huge demand for Battlefield: Bad Company 2, so much so that the online multiplayer portion of the game keeps being hindered by server issues. You'd be unprepared too if the demand is 400% higher than what you expected.
Both the Xbox 360 and PC servers have been getting issues, with the Xbox 360 being the hardest hit, resulting to the servers going completely offline earlier. EA DICE was quick to be on the case, however, and the server has now been restarted.
The PC server, on the other hand, is still being restarted. Both will be continuously monitored closely. PS3 gamers are all good, though, despite the brief outage they experienced.
EA reassures that they're definitely working 'round the clock to make sure that they'd be able to contain any more of these issues.
