Atlus trademarks "Gungnir"

odin Gungnir. Odin's legendary spear and stuff of so many video games that have anything to do with a spear...or not. That's exactly the name of the latest trademark spotted, filed by Atlus.

The trademark, filed in Japan, is to be used for video games. Duh. Odin must be very pleased up in Asgard to see that there's a lot of interest to play with his spear. Or not. But the truth is, there's a bazillion games out there from different genres to be able to tell what Atlus is cooking up with this one.
