Aliens vs. Predator DLC out "soon after release" |

Rebellion Games has confirmed that theDLC maps for Aliens vs. Predator will be available "soon after release" of the game. Tim Jones provides more details for it in a chat with VG247.
"Downloadable Content on day on for those who purchase the Special Editions will consist of four brand new multiplayer games: two new Survivor maps and two for the other multiplayer modes," explained Jones, the company's head of art and design.
He also elucidates on the importance of the Special Editions, particularly for their loyal fans. "The Special Editions provide that something special. And I think the pre-order numbers we're seeing demonstrate just how eager people are to get their hands on this game."
And you'll be getting your hands on it come February 19, for the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.

Rebellion would have been smarter to bring notice of the DLC up a month and a half L8r to make it seem like they actually worked on building the damn thing but noooo, they wanna follow in a few other developer's footsteps.

They should have had the maps ready prior to the release and included them WITH the game. These companies are starting to get foolish with the DLC. All something like this does is take up valuable HDD space when it's completely unnecessary.
