VerisignTwo security researchers are trying to find bugs in Apple's OS X, just for kicks. Now, computer security firm Verisign is offering some hefty paychecks for vulnerabilities reported in Microsoft's Windows Vista and Internet Explorer 7.

This is part of Verisign's Quarterly Vulnerability Challenge. So what's in it for those who are able to find some vulnerabilities, US$8,000- US$12,000, and bragging rights of course.

We don't really know why Verisign is targeting MS products, could the new security systems in Vista  be the reason behind it? In case you don't know, the new security systems in Vista is somewhat rocking the boat of computer security companies like Symantec, McAffee, and Verisign. 12 Grand is a whole lotta money, but is breaking a number of laws worth it? Well, you decide. We're just happy to report what's up.
