Toshiba Satellite P100-ST9772 - Image 1Toshiba's P100 line of Satellite gaming notebooks will now be shipped with Windows Vista Ultimate on the Satellite P100-ST9752, Satellite P100-ST9762 and Satellite P100-ST9772. This is in line with the launch of Microsoft's flagship OS, Windows Vista, and the launching of Games for Windows initiative.

The P100 line features a 17-inch widescreen Onyx Blue Metallic LCD display, Intel Core 2 Duo processor and NVIDIA GeForce Go 7900 GTX graphics all conveniently placed inside a 7.1-pound, 1.41-inch slim profile case. The hardware combination should provide the best mobile gaming performance in PC while keeping temperatures and noise down to a minimum.

Other features include:
  • a DVD-SuperMulti Double Layer drive that reads and writes all 11 formats
  • 5-in-1 bridge media adapter for easy file sharing and downloads
  • built-in harman/kardon(R) stereo speakers for a rich audio experience
  • 17-inch diagonal display featuring TruBrite(TM) technology for a crisp, clear display
  • Dual Mode touch pad that can provide one-tap short cuts to launch email, an Internet browser and other selected programs
  • Bluetooth(R) v.2.0+EDR technology to connect with Bluetooth(R) devices such as wireless gaming controls and other accessories
With a starting price tag of US$ 1,999, you can also avail of a one-year limited warranty or upgrade it up to four years of service warranty.
