Warhammer Online: of dark elf plots and the Throne of Ulthuan |
Ó
Taking off from our previous coverage on the rich lore behind EA Mythic's Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning, we focus our attention on another race of evil beings intent on conquering their fair share of the Warhammer universe. In the Dark Elf kingdom of Naggaroth, the Witch King Malekith takes an interest in the war between the human Empire and the forces of Chaos. Taking into consideration the allies who will be called upon by the humans to help defend them, he puts a bold plan into action which may help them reap the rewards of the High Elven kingdom of Ulthuan.
The Lord of the Dark Elves surmises that with the Dwarves occupied with the greenskin Waaagh!, the High Elves will have no choice but to send their troops to aid their Empire allies, thus weakening their own forces in the High Elven capital.
Seeing an opportunity rising, he then instructs his people to forge weapons and train ferocious warriors for the upcoming bloody campaign. Malekith then solidifies an alliance with the Orc leaders of the Bloody Sun Boyz, Gazbag the goblin and Grumlock the Orc.
With everything set in its rightful place, Malekith waits for news from the World's Edge Mountain on the slow march the forces of Chaos are making towards the Empire's capital. The Witch King expects nothing but victory in his campaign to gain the Throne of Ulthuan.
