The Chronicles of Spellborn screenshots: dark forests and glades

It's been some time since we covered Spellborn NV's MMORPG, The Chronicles of Spellborn. The latest update shows off some of the environments that players will get a chance to explore and fight in.

Calling the game "dark" is an understatement after viewing the screenshots. However, the images look pretty impressive, and it should. The developers look to be using the Unreal Engine to great effect.

It looks like the developers are taking a very serious tone with their game, if the screens are to be believed. That's just fine though; perhaps they plan on attracting the more serious MMORPG players in the community. If the rest of the game looks as good as the screens provided, then this is one game that gamers might want to keep tabs on.
