It's been a while since we've seen some new visual assets for Spellborn NV's The Chronicles of Spellborn. Fortunately, we were able to grab some new screenshots from the game which give players a look at some of the dark places they can explore while walking through the rock-realms of the Shards.

Taking a look at the images, it seems that the developers made full use of the Unreal Engine 2.5 to render all the detailed graphics used for the game. From dark glades and even darker temples, players will definitely get an eyeful when the game finally goes live this year.

The screenshots definitely lend a very somber tone to the hardcore fantasy setting that the developers were aiming for. We'll make sure to keep tabs on any more updates for the game as we get them. In the meantime, enjoy the rest of the screenshots we have from The Chronicles of Spellborn.
