Actually, you can already buy the game online. It's just that, it's current state is that it's yet to be finished. They did launch it in pre-alpha earlier this month, though, although it beats me why they'd be selling an unfinished game. Anyhow, among Dan Wentz's portfolio would be Freespace, Descent, and the Red Faction franchises, so that should be a clue as to why the game style looks kinda familiar.

Anyway, here's Miner Wars for you: where everything is underground but out of space, and fully destructible.
