Chill Bill's a snowman that's out to wreak havoc in the world found within the game. Certainly, this particular monster knows how to lay down the smack down even though he's only made of snow.

With the introduction of this new monster, there's no doubt about it that new content will be making its way to the game. After all, this snowman is just the tip of the iceberg, so expect bigger and better things in the future.
