Checking back at the on-going Apple iPad event, more info has just been revealed about the new hardware. Good news, the tablet is fully compatible with all iPhone games and apps.

With the obvious disparity and screen size, the iPad compensates by allowing two options. You can go with the original resolution of the game or app, or you could "pixel double" it to enlarge to full screen in lower resolution. The iPad run "virtually every one of these apps, unmodified, right out of the box."
As for newer games, Apple will be releasing SDKs designed specifically for the iPad.
More info is rolling out by the minute, so stay tuned.

And no, I don't mean that weird "dogbone" thing they had planned a while back. Hopefully a bluetooth one or a way to use your iphone/itouch as one.
