iPhone junkies may have to start saving for another iteration of the Apple handheld as early as now. Rumor has it that the 4th generation iPhone will ship sometime in the second half of next year.
DigiTimes reports that according to their sources, OmniVision has secured a deal to deliver 5-megapixel cameras for the next iPhone, rumored to be released in the latter half of 2010. That's a nice bump up from the 3.2-megapixel cameras in the 3GS, which is also from OmniVision.
Earlier in the year there was some talk about a CDMA chip-carrying Verizon iPhone from Apple. Maybe this is it? Hopefully we'll hear more during Apple's yearly Worldwide Developers Conference, which expected to be held in June.

Also, the iPod Touch is getting the jump, too, to 64 and 128 GB.
