A launch date has now been announced for Rock Band 3, as well as details on the pre-order goods North American gamers will be getting. Are you all ready to rock out once again on your PS3, Xbox 360, Wii and DS?
According to a press release sent out, October 26th is the date to mark on your calendars. It also confirmed the existence of pre-order DLC plans in collaboration with US retailers.
GameStop's includes among others the appearnce of New Order's Blue Monday, while Amazon's lures you with an in-game guitar for the console versions. Apart from that, Amazon is also offering a US$ 10 discount off your future purchases of any game release from the service. Wal-Mart's in on the pre-orders goodie gig too, with a US$ 10 e-card for the console versions.
The press release did make note that Rock Band 3 "will ship simultaneously worldwide in North America, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and other territories, so we're assuming October 26th will stand for all these territories.

I'll have to buy the US one anyway, as I don't think the exported US RB1 and US RB2 DLC won't work in other 'regions'.
