The bulk of the announcement centers on the game's PC-specific features, of which there are a lot. On PC, players will be able to control all vehicles in either first-person or third-person view. Joystick control is in and co-pilots will be getting extra abilities depending on the vehicle.

PC gamers will be able to choose from three different control settings for helicopters. Rookie mode is easy but vehicles are less maneuverable. Veteran mode draws a finer balance between difficulty and maneuverability. Ace mode allows for the best maneuverability but is also more difficult to master. To help players hone their piloting skills Kaos are throwing in a new Practice Mode.
The PC version will have a squad management system with squad-based VOIP. The devs are also adding clan support and more post-match stats. Homefront will also support Multiplayer Match Recording.
THQ are releasing a Dedicated Server Browser Executable to let PC gamers set their own private Homefront servers. Since the devs need to test the dedicated server infrastructure at ship with the influx of traffic and bug reporting, the executable will be made available within two weeks after the game launches. LAN support has also been confirmed.

Sadly march is a big time for games... Dragon Age 2, Shogun 2 and now this - and with Dragon Age 2 and this being released on the same day I guess I'll have a tough decision as to what to play first.
