The Capcom exec went on:

 

I think the guys that read [Capcom-Unity forum thread] ‘Ask Capcom’ frequently know that I am a die-hard, die-hard PC gamer and I’ve continued to push for the existence of a Super Street Fighter IV PC.

 

“I’ve always said the answer is ‘no’ until it becomes ‘yes,’ and let’s just say I’ve not given up pushing, and maybe at some point in the future we could change that question to ‘Why did it take so long…’ instead of ‘Why is there no…’ Unfortunately, we can’t do that yet, but I’m still cautiously optimistic.

 

If you may recall, the PC version of the regular Street Fighter IV saw the addition of a new neat features, like render modes for stylish visual effects. Super Street Fighter IV may also get similar additions, but we'll have to wait until Capcom finally gets there.

Playing football on a keyboard feels weird, so will with a fighting game.

They will need a controller or an arcade stick.

This game requires the gamer to train a lot because you won't win just by bashing every button you see, you got to use proper techniques or you'll fail.

I'd say the reason the first one did badly on pc was that it released 5 months after the console versions with not many extras, bad controls, and the fact that it was $50.
