One of the reasons why Super Street Fighter IV still hasn't come to the PC is because of the rampant piracy in the platform. There are still a number of other factors, so it might still take a while before PC gamers get a piece of the action. They didn't close any doors on the subject, but it just wasn't part of their plans at the time. Well, that was last year. Things are looking much better now for the PC gamers.

The last time the PC version was brought up, Yoshinori Ono explained that they were trying to work things out to make it possible. At a recent "Ask Capcom" Q&A, Capcom USA VP for strategic planning and business development, Christian Svensson, assured fans that they're not giving up on the PC version.
"The answer we’ve always given to this point has been a little bit one of resource management to some degree," he said. "That is to say, we have the guys working on Super Street Fighter IV 3DS. They were previously working on Arcade Edition for arcade. And now that team is working on Street Fighter X Tekken. So we didn’t really have the bandwidth for those guys to work on more.

They will need a controller or an arcade stick.
This game requires the gamer to train a lot because you won't win just by bashing every button you see, you got to use proper techniques or you'll fail.
