Triple Watch Cell Phone: Talk to the Wrist |
Ó
Yes, we have already featured a wristwatch phone, which was brought to life by China's CEC Corp. So if you're preparing to comment that this is old news and stuff, hear me out first. You might have heard of the cell phone wristwatch, but a designer transformed this quite archaic concept into something new - he designed a watch that can transform into a cell phone. And from the looks of it, you can also use it as a table clock.Designed by Manon Maneenawa and tagged as the "Triple Watch Cell Phone," there isn't a lot of specs and info given about this contraption aside from the fact it has a speaker phone button and could hook up with a Bluetooth headset. So how could this thingamajig be a wristwatch now, then a cell phone the next minute? The Triple Watch Cell Phone can easily slide out of the wristwatch band then it performs a triple-flip towards becoming a cellphone. Fold it the right way and it can be used as a handy table clock.
A wristwatch that could be a cell phone in three flips...Cool! But a wristwatch that could masquerade as a table clock, too bulky for me. Most likely, this one will stay a concept until it becomes thinner and feature-packed, but hopefully, this idea sees the light of mass production.
