Resident Evil movie DVD box set to include bridge scene that ties up Extinction and Apocalypse |
Ó
With the third offering in the Resident Evil movie series nearing release, Sony's decided to give a few choice goodies with the first two titles packaged in DVD format. Packaged as Resident Evil: Double Feature Resurrected, the first two movie adaptations of the beloved zombie shooter franchise will also include a coupon that gives one the chance to view Extinction in cinemas for free. Definitely a great bonus.
Besides a free ticket to view the third installment, the box set is said to also feature a bridge scene that ties up Resident Evil: Apocalypse and Resident Evil: Extinction. While we're not sure how that would go over with fans who watched the first two movies already, and haven't seen that bridge scene yet, it's certainly a nice extra for those of us who want more Resident Evil movie goodness.
Resident Evil: Double Feature Resurrected will be out for sale come September 4.
