Microsoft has announced another product with a Halo 3 tie-in, following the success of the Halo 3 black Zune Microsoft has announced another release for the edition, this time in military brown. This edition will only be sold in military retail stores.The decision was made after Microsoft got positive feedback on the popularity of the Zune in the military. The result is as you see it: Military Edition Zune. It will be packaged in a collectible Halo 3 box and will be fully equipped with artwork, trailers, and music from all three Halo games. Microsoft also contributed 300 of the Military Zunes to the USO of Metropolitan Washington.
The Military Zune will be standardized (so as not to break from military cadence?) with 30GB of storage. It will be available this month, with discounts for military personnel and their families through military retailers.

halo zune is old news. this is talking about the Halo Zune: Military Edition. yup.
first the ugly brokebox 360 and now this? Zune is so *****tyyy they have a fake zune cover to hide your ipod in it so ppl wont steal it.

I'd much rather prefer a blue one, done in the same style as the games UI.....this green and gold BS reminds me of what I throw up after a hard night of drinking and eating hot wings.... Also, Zune as a product has been rated better then Ipod, so get over it....there is nothing wrong with it, just not enough people using it to make the features it has worth it.....unless they add internet radio for hotspots or something, the wifi is pretty much useless...
Zune is to IPod as 360 is to PS3.
ya it has 25 GB for media, but why not get a psp? does same thing, most memory is 8GB i belive, and can play games, also can simply use a lil wifi to get media, heck i got 200+ Songs and at least 4hours of video on my 2GB card, also can simply take the card out, put it in my cypershot and take my own pics and videos...so really...confince me why zune is better, i wouldnt mind buying it if its great, i dont judge companys usually (except food idustries), but its got to do something no other can really do, if al you got to tell me is it has alot of memory and looks better, then i think i should buy a glossy ps3(60GB) instead of a standered 360 (20GB), anyway please provide some key points about the zune why its so different (plz no "ipod sucks because" or "psp sucks because" type thing, just point out wha the zune does that other products dont)

Anybody know how much the discount will be? I may have to get one of these.
Where to buy? Looks pretty sweet, and despite having a PSP already, it can be a bit too bulky at times...
