Here's something to lighten up your day - something along the lines of "Finish the File Transfer." If news of a USB thumb drive modeled after Master Chief didn't captivate you, then it was most probably the image above that did. Yes folks, hot on the trail of the gaming community's Halo 3 hype is another product riding Halo's franchise, publicity wave called the mimobot.
Other avid USB flash drive owners would have encountered the name one time or another. That would be the case, because mimoco's mimobot brand is otherwise known for its cartoonish, caricature models of characters, mostly originally designed by the company. Master Chief just adds to mimoco's newest Halo Series line-up, which sports Master Chief and a blue and red Spartan variety in its selection.
If the huge head is anything but laughable, it's mostly a mimobot tradition for half of any mimobot's head only serves as a cover for the type A male USB connection common on many thumb drives available commercially today. mimoco is currently accepting pre-orders for the three Spartan storage flavors (snicker) which should be available by October 18, 2007.
