retractable Wiimote cuffs - Image 1 Okay, so we guess the idea of cuffing the Wiimote to your wrist through handcuffs bought from a sex shop didn't really take off. The whole Wiimote wielding community laments at the still open possibility of losing grip of the motion sensing controller while playing, and hitting the TV with it. Slipping Wiimotes equals broken TVs and broken Wiimotes. What now?

Thankfully, there's the Retractable Wii Sports Cuff For Remote control. Made of neoprene this time and not cold metal anymore, you attach the cuff to the Wiimote and slap it to your wrist. It is retractable up to 13 inches, with an adjustable wrist band, and it's available in black.

Come to think of it, the retractable 13-inch cord could be of help when using the Wiimote as an innovative weapon, ala rodeo cowboy. Haha. The cuff doesn't come in different colors; we'd appreciate a Wii-color scheme. And a bad thing is that the price tag reading US$ 5.99 is already a discounted price.

imagine using that thing to ***** with old people.

"I'm so sad and lonely being old...sometimes I wish I had something fun and innovative that was fun for the entire family, even my old self :("

Suddenly, a wiimote appears on the ground.

"yes finally, something fun and innovative that someone even as old as I can understand!"

*old lady reaches down to grab the wiimote

*wiimote is pulled away by retractable cord

*old lady cries

If you get this, there's something horribly wrong with you.

After using the wii remote for a while, you dont really need the wrist strap.

I don't even use the strap, it's ugly and I took it off months ago. I looks better on my Nyko stand without it anyways.

What? I'm the only one that thinks wearing a cuff for the Wiimote is an awesome idea?(a real sex-shop cuff, not this crap, mind you)

When I get my Wii my wiimote will be held firmly in my hand with the help of fuzzy love cuffs! I may not have trouble holding onto it, but it's the fashion statement.
