Two SWAT: Target Liberty E3 2007 gameplay videos |
Ó
In the first video, Stronghold infiltration, we get to see the squad in action as they infiltrate deep into enemy territory - and from the looks of things, it seems that controls are quite intuitive, as we see all three squad members working in unison with no messy menus popping up. Graphics are smooth, detailed, and very sharp. We also get to hear the squad's colorful vocabulary in terms of persuading potential hostiles and civilians to surrender.
The second video shows more of the same gameplay, as well as a very well-animated breaching of a secured door by way of two shots from a shotgun rifle, and a well-aimed mule kick. It's to note that your squad members talk and chat with you throughout the mission when they're not shouting the usual profanity - it lends realism to the game, as well as a sense of tension.
Enough spoilers from us, enjoy the videos.

Comments
To be honest, this game looks graphically choppy. And laggy as well if you saw even in the trailer. That's sad. The voices got annoying within a minute of this video, imagine playing this for an hour? I'll pass.
Looks like a cool concept but is nonetheless kinda bland and dull
To the the above two comments it is no wonder that more games like this don't come out because developers tailor to the mindless masses who want shootem ups with no realism or substance. As a military man I take offense to games that portray our style of life as frag fests, so I see this as a breath of fresh air.
lol if i was a terroist i would be yelling WE'RE TERRORISTS GET UR ASS ON THE FLOOR ***** BEFORE WE BLOW THIS PLACE TO PIECES !!!
yahn is a nice concept and it looks fun but the amount of police being said is frankly quite alot.
If I was a terrorist I would fly a plane into the White House and cause a global pandemic, then just chill with my 72 virgins in heaven.
I wish this was a First Person Shooter like its PC counterpart.
You're a moron, I didn't say I didn't like the concept, I think it's great. I'm just saying that it looks like it was haphazardly made and put together with two left thumbs.
This game looks really good! You must ignore any obvious jealous posts by DS Trolls that wish in there heart they owned a PSP.
this looks like it runs on the same engine as that killzone game for psp
not near release is this?? The characters move awkward as hell. They glitch and bump when against walls... if they release it anything like this it will be another bargain bin load of *****.
Killzone's graphics and physics are far superior
but you know what i mean, the gameplay looks the same cept swat skins and buildings
gameplay looks like Killzone:Liberation
Only time will tell if this game is going to be good or not. It looks a little rough around the edges, but it also looks fun. Though I think the ragdoll physics are really amusing from what I've seen in the trailers.
