It's almost E3! It's almost E3! To get you all hyped up for the event starting in only a few days, we've got some pictures of how the site in California looks now. Look at all the boxes! What do they hold? Nintendo Wiis? Sony PS3s? Reggie Fils-Aime? Weapons of Mass Destruction? If you want to see just how much stuff there is, check out the thumbnails. Sadly, it doesn't look like the stairs are painted this year. Check out the two pictures below for the craziness that Nintendo did to get Zelda: Twilight Princess on everybody's mind!

Where's Microsoft? Are they even going? Yeh, sure they are! DUH! They only need two boxes to showcase whats coming up this year. One with 360 and one with Halo 3. *insert laugh here* nah juss playing - all i can say is that Sony have some heavy duty business at E3 this week - O.o the boxessss so many >
I think i'm going to drive down there and 'borrow' some of the Sony boxes...
can someone tell me when e3 opens its doors... and when each evening it shuts, and then please translate these times into uk time, so that i can know. thanks. exciting isn't it, just a short time left!

Why are they advertising Gun on the front? You sure these arent last year's?
It IS last year's look at the stairs with the Zelda GCN logo, it didn't have the "Twilight Princess" subtitle yet. '05.
The pics of the stairs at the bottom are from last year (the article says that the stairs weren't painted this year, like they did last year with Twilight Princess)

Post some SONY pics, they have staircase art as well, they also have GIANT advertisements on the whole building, with the slogan: "Play Beyond" , there's one with skateboarder going to ride down the canyon - it's easy to notice that SONY isn't on E3, SONY IS E3.

Los Angeles is 8 hours behind England. So it opens at whatever time it does plus eight hours on Monday for all the people in England (and add however many more hours for mainland Europe).

I can't wait for all the news and coverage from E3. Please QJ.net, get all the news from everything and lots of in depth on it all. Try to hammer the sources with questions for the best info. Thanks

I believe the print on the stairs are adhesive printouts of some kind, so they could be applied as late as Tues night if need be... That's just too much advertising (and advertising dollars for the show) to not be used... I bet there's something there some Wed morning. I'll be there on Tues helping to set up a booth, I'll try to sneak some pics if there aren't people preventing it...

I wish they sold tickets instead of giving em 2 the media id pay anything up 2 $1000 for a one day pass,i was watching this new reporter at e3 and she held up a ds and called it a psp :\ *sobs*
No, the pictures are NOT from 2005. _ONLY_ he pictures of the stairs are, can't you people read? Look at the picture of the Convention Center sign: E3 May 10-12. In 2005 it was the 18th - 20th. Damn, this sure shows the average intelligence of the readers of this site....
