Morgan Webb Talks E3; Ouendan for North America?

N-Philes had an interview with Morgan Webb, co-host of video game "review" show X-Play, on her thoughts going into E3 about the Wii. Although she's interesting in the WiiMote, she's definitely turned off by the name. However, the most interesting thing wasn't her opinions on Wii though, it was what she said about the DS.

"I'm a dork, but I also like, you know this game for the DS, it's called [oops!-ed]. It's the US version of [bad Morgan Webb! bad!]. I like that Nintendo is taking chances on some of these interesting games and translating it for the American audience."

RawmeatCowboy of Go Nintendo says that the above is likely a North American version of Ossu! Tatakae! Ouendan! renamed to Elite Agent Force for the market, and I'm inclined to agree with him. Europe will be seeing the title as Cheer Squad soon. The rhythm game has been one of the hottest imports for the DS. Click "Read" for the full interview.

Nintendo will definitely benefit from selling this game in the US. All they have to do is market that it has one of the opening themes from Full Metal Alchemist and it's gold in the pocket.
