The wonderful people at E-mpire are going to be creating a DVD of footage at E3. They'll have video crews at E3 this May getting exclusive footage for the dual-layered 3-hour DVD. If you want yours, you should head over to their forums and sign up so you can pre-order your free copy. Pre-orders last until a certain amount. However, if they get enough orders, they'll ship one out to everyone! Three people will receive an "Instant Win" card which will allow you to get a free next-gen console! Remember, you must sign up for their forum before pre-ordering. Click "Read" to be taken to the pre-order page.

If you live outside the United States, you will have to pay shipping costs. I'm not sure how much yet, I'll update when the information is revealed. However, it will be cheap and most likely worth it.

On a side note, keep your eye on QJ.NET starting May 8th when we will begin our own live coverage of E3, including up-to-the-second updates from all the major press conferences!

3 freaking hours? THATS it? IGN offers a much better DVD through their site, every year, offering well OVER 3 hours (on each disc) spread across 4 discs (each disc covering MS, SONY, NINTENDO and MISC/PORTABLES).

I hope this DVD is free and only 5 bucks for shipping and handling, otherwise I dont see this thing being too apealing to those who have already experienced what IGN offers through their site. If not, ya'll need to cancel yours orders and head over to IGN when the DVD is available - it is well worth the 20 bucks (15 if you are an IGN subscriber).

They'll have DVD quality torrents going during the entire thing show =)

BadAndy, stop being such an ungrateful bastard. These guys are doing the entire thing for free with only shipping costs charged to those not in the United States so they don't go in the hole. Read into something before you start bashing someone for it.

Oooh... Thanks for the heads up!

You're right, I didn't notice that sentence near the bottom...

"In addition, E-mpire will be hosting and seeding DVD-quality torrents of exclusive E3 footage and clips (WMV) online as the events unfold"

your not missing much if you dont have G4. TechTV was better off without G4...now TechTV is a bunch of lame ass programing barely talking Tech anymore. They are aiming at a different audience now and it sucks!

Also, even though the DVD will only have 3 hours of footage, the torrents will feature both the pre-E3 conferences, plus hours of footage from the E3 floor. How can you complain? So join the E-mpire forums today, since they will be doing this at EVERY MAJOR TECH SHOW from now on.

We are also doing this, it's just the all inclusive over 3 hour long DVD that is going to be free. The system specific discs are going to be sold at a low price.
