A driving scene under heavy rain? Check. Freaky girl with mysterious powers? Check. All the ingredients are there, and we can't help but smell an authentic Silent Hill title brewing in the air. The same old chilly atmosphere that made heartbeats triple in speed is back; it's on the PSP, and it looks awesome.
As far as gameplay is concerned, we've seen classic "run in the dark then whack-that-freak" action. For now, put that steel pipe down. Calm down and be patient, here's the trailer.

anyway do you even know how psycho is spelt.. also ... do you know the difference between the terms psycho, horror, gore ..? or do you think all of these are the same... the video has a subtle insinuation.... something only a real connoisseur of horror can tell ... I don't know if the game would fare well.. but as of yet... i think the video is pretty good...
Ok what ever its spelt psychological horror... compare sh1 cgs and sh0 ones... sh1 are way better even for a ps1 game. The in game graphics looks cool but looking at the cgs... this looks like Resident evil horror.
the only bad part about the CG is the human animation, the enviroment textures are done very nicely. but seriously, when was the last time you've seen a trailer that was nearly as scary as the game. you dont get the tense feeling unless your actualy playing the game. thats the kind of fear SH works off of. and that 9/11 comment was messed up on so many levels.
Yeah i feel the same when they show mexicans crossing the border illegaly or sitting in a cactus its to 9/11 to me Lol.
About Silent hill... The in game graphics looks cool... but cgs and trailers have nothing to compare to the artistic ones of the other silent hills. Look at the shiny and cartoonish eyes, they look like the sims. I only hope that it doesnt turn to be a SILENT HILL THE MOVIE..every screens looks cool and really pic up the atmospher but...it lacks of story... so seen this trailer, seen alessa with superpowers (like in the movie not the game)... it makes me wanna cross the border lol
