PC on E3 - Image 1

Gears of War will be coming to the PC, and there is no stopping it. In fact, Microsoft unleashed a live demonstration during their conference and it's definitely up there with the 360 as far as graphics are concerned.

The hot demo features Fenix and a buddy taking on the beastly Brumak. As usual, this game doesn't fail to impress - action is still nothing less than spectacular. Grabbing the game for your PC earns five bonus single player chapters, a new multiplayer mode, new multiplayer arenas and achievements.

With both Windows XP and Vista support, free subscription to Games for Windows Live, and plenty of new content, we expect GoW to be a bigger blast on the PC. For now, enjoy the video embedded below.

i might actually get this, as it has twice the amount of stuff on it.

but then again that stupid windows live crap keeps me away from it. face it microsoft, no one wants to pay for your stupid achievement points on the pc! we already have steam and xfire, both are just as good but for free.

$59.99 ($69.99 LE) + $10.00 (800 MSPs) for bonus maps and I bet to see this on the 360 it will cost $10.00 or more....Microsoft knows how to f**k us

i really just dont understand why people want to complain so much about paying for live. its only .15cent a day.

iplay at least once a day, and i gladly pay my 15cents to be on a unified network that all my friends are on and i know what games theya re playing. i do not have to hunt them down.

millions of gamers pay to play on live, the service is working very well

their wont be a(LE 69.99) for 360 the disk jsut wont hold the data.... UE3 engine uses a streamign technology which takes up a hell of alot of space..... why do you think almost every UE3 game so far is only like 4-6 levels..... it jsut wouldnt fit but on the other hand pc players can get 2 dvd 9's and install it and be perfectly happy with their 10 levels +user made mods etc....
