It's a day at the beach in Nintendo's sequel to the popular Wii Sports game. Called Wii Sports Resort, the game will feature beach-themed games.

A complete list of the sports included in the game hasn't been revealed yet, but what we do know, as revealed in Nintendo's E3 press conference, is that the game will Disc Dog (frisbee-tossing fetch game), fencing, and jetskiing.

Wii Sports Resort will be packaged along with the new Wii Wiimote accessory">MotionPlus accessory, which allows the Wiimote to have more precise motion tracking. The game will be out this Spring.

These aren't going to fly off the shelves, they're going to just burst in flames on the way out!

» actually....

Wii sports is the sequel. The first game was unreleased for the N64 since it was too crappy and half-assed.

Since Nintendo came up with a new controller, they resurrected this game to give the overpriced wii some sense of "value."

I doesn't work, the Wii is still a horrible value even at $250.

Wrong again moron! Wii Sports is a Wii demo game included with the Wii. It was developed at such and released as such. Every aspect of the game was developed around the Wiimote. Since you obviously don't know, the Wiimote is specific to the Wii. It did not exist for the gamecube.
