BioShock for the PlayStation 3 is disturbing the quiet calm with its impending October 2008 release. And more ripples are headed your way from the ongoing E3 conference.
Apart from this fresh batch of screens 2K Games brings for you are more details sure to get you more restless for the wait. Yes, there will be exclusive content for the PS3 in the form of a brand new difficulty mode, Survivor. In fact, there will be all new exclusive BioShock downloadable content to keep you busy after the launch. There will also be Trophy support as you explore your way through Rapture, as was revealed previously.
The key is to make wise decisions, ultimately: to save or exploit the innocent survivors? Not to worry, though. The world, quite literally, is at your disposal as it is your primary weapon. For your ammunition, there will be enough scattered about for you to upgrade your weapons, such as ionic gels, explosives and toxins for you to take advantage of your enemies' weaknesses.
The adaptive AI aren't there to just sit pretty as well, so you can be sure the degree of challenges are up. All these and more await you in the underwater world of Rapture, so sit tight and enjoy these screens in the meantime.
