For those health conscious iPhone users on the go, you can now keep an eye on your calorie and fat intake thanks to the new homebrew app developed by tbones. iWatcher 1.1 is a simple weight watcher calculator which adds up US Points, European Points, as well as Activity Points based on your input.
This is definitely a good app to use if you want to check if something you bought at the local 7-11 should push you over today's calorie intake or not. You can download the application by checking out Cydia's "Health and Fitness" category, currently hosted by BigBoss' repository.
