GDC 08: Wii, PS3, Xbox 360 rebuilt in EA's Spore - Image 1With both console wars and the the GDC 08 currently happening, Electronic Arts has been able to utilize both events through their game Spore (PC, DS, Wii, Mac, Mobile).

If you look closely at the photo on the right Nintendo's Wii and GameCube, Sony's PS3 controller, and Microsoft's Xbox 360 have been faithfully rendered into 3D buildings by the game's asset creation system.

Now this is certainly a distinct way of making an impression for the game with all the people in the Game Developers Conference. It's definitely a different take on the current console wars as well. We're sure to bring you more updates and more coverage of the things happening in the event, so don't go anywhere.
