Suspiciously Suspicious: Countdown to Another Armored Core? |

Mysterious.That's what the From Software's Japanese Armored Core website seems to be trying to be.
A bare website with a nine-day countdown. Another chance at stepping into a giant robot? A spinoff from the usual 3rd person action? The potential for even more property damage? It seems almost too good to be true! If you'll look at the bottom of the page, there are also two magic words: Playstation Portable.
Let's hope it'll be a big step up from Armored Core: Formula Front. At the very least, let's hope it's not a hoax.
Keep checking QJ for updates! We should have something to tell you in nine days.

Why doesn't someone who knows jap translate?
The first game was lame....and this game is gonna be lame.
Armored core for PSP is lame.
I liked Armored Core: Formula Front.
I really liked Formula Front.
I've never played Armored Core in the past, but I haven't imagined that I would love mech customization and battle.
hopefully it's more like the PS2 and not the PSPs: Formula Front were you had no control on battle
As a fan of Armored Core in general, I'm hoping they do justice to this one, whatever it turns out to be. Don't worry though, we'll keep you posted. If it turns out to be some CG movie, then it'll be interesting to hear about it. If it's a game, then I suppose we can just suspend judgement until it actually comes out.
Ah well. High Hopes.
Only in the original Japanese version can you not control the mech.
All other version give you the option.
But ACFF is a lot more fun if you actually learn how to program the AI efficiently.

is everyone sure this is for the psp? i mean, the lastest ac game just came out. its called last raven. really fun but really hard. part breaking sux man.
mine says "10 Days" and if you highlight "Days" you can change it to whatever you want! :)
it's kinda fun making it say other less appropriate things than "days" lol
picked up the phone today and heard a little girl whispering "9 days" then she hung up

is it just me but i've noticed that the entire site is all updated to the years 2004-2005 but theres nothing that even remotely mentions 2006
theres even a link to a tournament that wen on in 2004, and it talks about the next get together being in 2k5... O.o
