Killzone: Liberation

If you thought that Killzone: Liberation couldn't get any better, it just did (and to think that it hasn't even been released yet!). Guerrilla Games has just recently announced some more extra features that all you trigger-happy fans have been always wanting to see. Yes, there's the third-person "smart" camera, co-op play, and "Ad Hoc" multiplayer games. But then, the developers are further beefing up the features with innovative interactive gameplay and downloadable content.

Not only will zombies rise up to the occasion on Halloween, because on the same day, the official website for Killzone: Liberation will launch side by side with the game and finally welcome players into a global arena for them to test their skills in. The website will have two new maps for players to download, where they can wreak havoc and test their prowess against people from the the next country over.

After the October 31 roll-out, another chapter for the story will also be available, extending gameplay beyond the UMD version. Not much is known when exactly this new chapter will be available, but just to get you worked up, it is reported to  contain four additional missions, new maps, and challenging games. This game definitely brings in a new definition for "jam-packed" and "replay value".

Way to go! Spread the love, and wreak havoc!

BOOM!, goes the weasel...

QJ. You failed to mention they are going to integrate INFRASTRUCTURE play with a future download. That's pretty big news. That's right peeps. INFRASTRUCTURE.

What does "smart camera" mean? I would like just a simple manual camera -- ie., to be able to look at any angle whenever I wanted.
